Please note these items we do not keep on hand. We place our orders at the warehouse 2x a month, Your order will fall into either our 1st or 2nd round of orders depending on when you place your order. 

Therefore shipping can be made 2x a month.

If you have ordered additional items we will ship those items separately for you at no additional cost. 

Once the order has been placed there is no refund as we would've already placed the order at the warehouse. If you have paid and do not want to wait for the item, a credit will be issued or you can select alternative in stock items.
