Refund policy

No Refund Policy. Due to items being ordered from various 3rd parties. We do not offer a refund policy on any items that are ordered on order. However we do offer a store credit. For faulty electronic items received that have been returned within 7 days of you receiving the item. 

No exchanges or store credit/refund for Gel polishes and kits unless the incorrect item is received. 

There is no refund/credit for shipping fees. 

We do not offer a warranty/guarantee or refund for electronic items as they are grey goods.

There will be no store credit offered for custom made items or requested sourced products.

Please note no discount offered on combo sets or electronic items. Items have already been discounted when Gel sets and combo deals. All Vendeeni, AS, gel sets or combos as well as electronics are ordered on order when payment is cleared and received. We do not keep these items on hand.
