Shipping policy

Shipping time frames will depend on items ordered.

Processing time can be 3 to 5 working days, as well on when payment is received by the service providers, depending on items ordered. Shipping is 3 to 4 working days.

Wholesale products and gel combos Processing time can be 1 to 2 weeks and shipping 1 week. Thus wholesale shipping is 2 to 3 weeks.

Collection: You will receive a email or a sms/ whatsapp when your order is ready to be collected. 

We do not ship parcels on Fridays. Shipping days are Monday to Thursday. 

No refunds on any shipping fees.

We do not take any responsibility once items have been shipped. Once items are with the couriers we have no control over theft, damages, lost parcels or failed deliveries, or incorrect shipping details given.

There will thus be no refund/ or replacements for any products once shipped and there is one of the following occurrences - theft, damages, lost parcels or failed deliveries, or incorrect shipping details given.

You are welcome to request insurance on parcels. Insurance is 10% of the value of your order. Insurance will have to be claimed through the courier services which will do on your behalf if you choose to pay the additional insurance fee.
